Home Screen
Once logged into the system the first thing you see is the Home Screen, on this are the very vitals you will want to have in your own office.
There is the Live noticeboard, where you place any company notices or bulletins. This is easily edited, and any changes are instant.
Another great feture on the Home screen, allows you to see who is currently logged in and consequently get in touch via email or skype.
CMS
Our CMS allows you to log in and completely change your site at any time, without needing prior knowledge of web design. We provide you with an environment much like Word, to simply edit your site. You can even upload files and images easily.
Working with the latest in Web Technology we provide you with an easy to use system that links in easily with your site; and to make it easier we even throw in free training on how to use the CMS.
Filing Cabinet
One of the most cruicial Elements of any office is filing, and retrieval of documents. Intranet provides you with an online implementation of this, where you store all your electronic documents in the one place, be it files, reports, images or audio. This helps you keep track of all those important files and easily share them with other employees. Filing Cabinet allows you to basically have access to all the files you need wherever you are.
To help keep track of all your documents you can easily rearange and move your folders around, just like any normal computer.
FactFind
Allows you to set up, manage and monitor in-depth online surveys, quickly and easily. Results can then be viewed on the system or downloaded to an excel file.
LivePoll
This Module allows you to set up and run polls on your organisations website or within the intranet. Simply choose a question, some answers, and your poll is ready to go.
